  • Publicly available sources or registers e.g. Companies House, HM Land Registry and/or the Electoral Register

Your information is securely stored on our property management software and on our private business server. Any paper records are stored safely at our premises.

We keep your name, contact details and address for 6 years/or until it is no longer necessary. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting it from our systems or shredding any paper records.
